I reformulated TLC. Don’t worry, it’s still the beautiful, heavier, and very active moisturizer you love, there have just been some adjustments. I added galactoarabinan, the ingredient derived from larch trees that improves moisture retention in skin.

I kept the vitamins and royal jelly. Kept the esters which improve water binding capacity in skin cells.
Kept the emulsifier, which is derived from olive oil. Changed the preservative - it’s now the same super-clean preservative we use in the rest of the creams. Also added prickly pear seed oil and hibiscus seed oil.

TLC is excellent moisture/treatment for more mature and very dry skin. It smells like roses because the entire water phase is rose hydrosol. A few drops of rose blend (Otto, attar & essential oil) and a couple drops of jasmine essential oil.

This is a water in oil emulsion, meaning there’s more oil than water. It’s a great moisturizer for very dry skin. 🙂

    TLC Cream new formulation

    The first time i tried TLC it seemed a little heavy and oil for my skin, despite the fact i have "older, more mature" skin. But this latest purchase, it is still heavy duty but seems creamier and absorbs well into my skin. i use it at night on my face, neck, and chest, and i have seen a tremendous improvement in the texture of my skin.

    I'm so glad you noticed improvement after the serious UPGRADE we put into this formulation!

    My FAVORITE!

    This excellent creation is my favorite by Julee. I've used this for years now and have often told my friends about TLC. I'm almost out of my fifties and my skin looks so good that people never guess my age! it's always in the late 30's to mid 40's. Even though Julee doesn't advise so, I do use this as my eye cream too - I guess my eyes aren't as sensitive as others'. The texture of my skin is beautiful and my skin absorbs this fairy quickly. Thank you!

    I have lived in the Southwest most of my life and have always sought out quality skin products.
