Meticulously Formulated with Jojoba Oil, Macadamia Nut Oil, Mango Butter and Hatch Green and Red Chiles.  No, there is not enough chile to sensitize the skin.  I've been making this soap for years now, and have had zero complaints.  However, if you have extremely sensitive skin, this may not be the soap for you.
