Flower Power Toner

Just another great use for Flower Power I want to share but see someone else shared the same. Used it for 'setting' my B&B cream and made a wonderful finish. Applied B&B, which always seems kind of chalky to me, decided to try a little spritz to nix that and gently patted in. Wow! Great! Do try.

I like to use a spray to set my makeup and this toner does the job while nourishing my skin with all the flowers and herbs. Good stuff!
